Richard Jemiel Heng, S.H. earned his Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law, Tarumanagara University. During his studies, he was deeply involved in various campus organizations, including the Debate Community (Battle of Speech, Faculty of Law UNTAR) and the Tarumanagara University Student Representative Council. These experiences have trained him to perform comprehensive analysis, build solid legal arguments, think critically, and work professionally under pressure.
As a Candidate Advocate focusing his practice on litigation, he has been involved in handling various Criminal and Civil cases.
